Rogue Gallery and Art Center is using Tide Pool, my mixed media collage with embroidery, on the postcard for their upcoming Pattern and Decoration exhibit. For me, it is quite an honor. I volunteered at the gallery for several years before I ever called myself an artist. I’ll also have another piece in this show: Homage to the Crazy Quilt.
The exhibit is a tribute to the Pattern and Decoration Art Movement. It runs from July 2nd to August 13th. Join me on July 16th to celebrate at the Third Friday reception, 5:30 – 8 pm. Rogue Gallery is located at 40 S Bartlett St, Medford, Oregon.
